the location of the hotel was perfect, just a 3, minute walk from the beautiful sandy beach. the hotel itself was clean, with modern facilities and a small balcony with chairs and a clothes dryer. the air conditioning worked perfectly to keep us comfortable. the self check, in and check, out process was convenient, and the owner and his wife were incredibly kind and welcoming. They even gave us thoughtful gifts upon arrival and departure.
I highly recommend Kappa for anyone interested in staying in Faliraki. Cons: Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The host, Nikitas, was incredibly helpful and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and stay later due to our flight. The staff and cleaning lady were also very nice. Great value for money for such a prime location. We had a fantastic stay and would happily return.

City views, a garden, and free WiFi are just a few of the perks of staying at Kappa Apartments. But let me tell you about the highlight of my stay - the air conditioning. It was an absolute lifesaver during the hot summer days. Stepping into the cool, refreshing room felt like diving into a pool of ice cream on a scorching day. Pure bliss!
No laundry service.

My stay at Kappa in Faliraki was quite pleasant overall. The room I stayed in had all the required amenities, including a fridge and a balcony, which was a nice touch. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean, with no PVC curtain under the shower, which was a bonus. The provided database was helpful in highlighting these features and made it easy to book a room that met my requirements.
There were a few minor drawbacks during my stay. The apartments, although decent, appeared more worn out in reality than they seemed in the pictures.

Enjoyed the lovely city views from my cozy studio with free WiFi. The nearest airport was conveniently close. The air conditioning kept me so cool, I almost turned into an icicle.
Oh, how I relished the delightful sound of construction work right outside my window. Just what I needed to start my mornings off right.

We had a fantastic time at this place! The newly renovated apartments were absolutely stunning, with a sleek and modern design that we loved. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beautiful beach and within walking distance to all the attractions. The hospitality of the hosts was top-notch, always friendly, helpful, and professional. They even allowed us to check in early, which was a great convenience. The apartments were cleaned daily, and the fresh towels were a nice touch. Plus, waking up to the aroma of fresh pastries from the nearby bakery was a delicious treat!
The potential for some noise in the evenings due to the hotel's proximity to the main street with bars and clubs. However, this was only a minor inconvenience and did not overshadow the overall positive experience we had at this place.
